This Non-Executive Directors (NED) conference has been designed for current or aspiring NEDs, particularly those on the Boards of regulated companies. It will also be relevant to those with responsibility for the Board. The Forum takes a comprehensive look at current NED best practice both generally and specifically in regulated markets like Financial Services. The day will have a particular focus on the questions and controls NEDs must perform given their increasing personal liabilities and the minimums they require from their Boards. The main sessions will provide:
