Cicero Forum Terms & Conditions of BookingBooking forms constitute a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full before the event. Conference details will be issued subject to receipt of payment. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you have not heard from us with 7 days of the conference, please contact the conference office on +44 (0) 207 665 9500.
Cancellations Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 21 days before the start of the event and will be refunded minus an administration charge of 35% of the liable fee. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be acceptable at any time. Bookings made within 21 days of the event are non-refundable.
